The RIGHT Person, The RIGHT Time,
for The RIGHT Reasons.
Not the Same Old, Same Old.
It is important that we use our votes to shape the justice system as well as the legislative and executive branches of government. The judiciary, like other branches of government, can only govern with the consent of its citizens. By voting, we assure that no one person or group of people has all the power.

Welcome! Thank You for visting my website.
Because of the unique nature of judicial races, candidates are prohibited from discussing or sharing certain information with the public. These prohibitions exist to ensure a fair and impartial judicial system. Voters, however, need enough information to make informed choices. Guaging the quality of the candidates can be difficult for the average voter who may never have set foot in a courtroom. Two of the hardest things to figure out when voting for a Judge is (1) who the candidates are and (2) what they each believe.
About Debra L. Krause:
Debra Krause is a member of the Florida Bar in good standning with no discipline history. She is:
• An experienced Attorney, Not a mainstream career lawyer.
• An outsider in the legal community.
• Not affiliated with any lawyer's associations or groups.
• Not beholden to any position or side
• Not endorsed by any special interest groups.
Debra L. Krause Believes:
• Judges should posses proper judicial temperment.
• Judges should be respectful and show common courtesy to all
parties involved.
• Judges should listen carefully and apply the law without favoritism.
• Judges should show a measure of humility and refrain from
personal whims in decisions.
• Judges should have a calm positive demeanor.
I believe there is an inherent respect that is associated with being a Judge. However, that respect can be lost if the citizens do not respect him or her. It is my position that respect is earned, not given. So, I want to earn your respect, and with that respect, I want to restore mutual respect between the citizens and the judiciary. Without mutual respect, trust, and confidence, the court system is crippled.
Judicial Philosophy: The Law is Black and White,
Justice is Not.
